Child A and Teenager A’s Story

Child A (a boy) and Teenager A (a girl) are siblings. Throughout the video, they will always be seen together and never apart. At the start of the music video, they will walk across an abandoned car park; messy hair and old clothes; they sit on a swing set, talking to one another. At one point, when the vocalist becomes angrier and more distressed. Teenager A finds a poster on a tree with their picture labelled, “missing,” and she knows it is time for them to try and get home. She drops her brother off in a park nearby and finds a letter on their sleeping bag, she opens it and runs for her brother. They rush off, reuniting with their friends on the “battlefield.”
